On a more positive note:

CAFE DE FRANCE was rewarded with

2020 Orlando Sentinel Foodie Awards: Best French

Café de France has been a French hideaway on Park Avenue since the ’80s.
It’s cozy and intimate, and you could easily breeze right past it as you head for a livelier section of Winter Park’s Park Avenue. But if you do, you’ve missed a tiny gem, one that’s been around since the ’80s. I only arrived in the aughts, but in that time, have found Café De France to be charming, romantic, warm and quite enjoyable. Reminiscent of the small, tucked away bistros you’d find in older sections of historic cities.

Café de France, a quaint French  restaurant, opened its doors to Park Avenue in Winter Park in July 1982 ( Orlando, Central Florida). Since then it has always been owned and operated by French natives, following the pattern of many little French bistros and restaurants in Europe. Café de France takes pride in serving the freshest ingredients brought in daily. All dishes are freshly prepared on premises, using classic French cooking recipes. Our specials and fresh fish change daily, according to market availability. So if you are ready for French cuisine, Join us for a dining experience in our small restaurant. We look forward to your future visit.
